Toilets were not cleaned, flash nob of cistern was damaged, tap in basin was not functioning properly. Window glass was not in smooth condition, there was a hole in ceiling of S8 compartment.

the train is very and the staff behaviour is also good and they are funny also the train is very clean and always on time I m sure that anyone will be traveling in this train will be fan of it great train

one of the best train from Guwahati to Howrah (Kolkata) I traveled several times but last 03 to 04 years general SL Cass fully occupied by ticket less passengers and unfortunately no RPF & TT....very pathetic service.

Toilet to be cleared more frequently at night also
Dedicated staff to clean toilet at night and especially at 5 am.Alternate staff should take the responsibility atleast.

Food was not good at all need to as there where different quality of foods was served to the ac and sleeper class passengers so the people travelling in ac classes are human beings and others are animals so do not do that.

not good condition of train staff
sale persons should to wear hand ? gloves before saling any items the are sailing .... without any sanitization such as eggs tea etc many things which are not packed items pls give the restriction of sales persons should wear gloves

cleaness is good, compartment too bad, Quality of train compartment too bad which may compare with local train. As everyone depends on cut money. leaders are such quality what general people's can do. at least central minister's should travel to sleeper class without informing the authority. Can a minister's travel my question is No.

totally worst train, not maintain time at all, the train was delayed 3.30 hrs in this journey.train stopped at sainthia station(this was not a stop) over 2.30 hrs without any notification to passengers.
The train was so overcrowded we couldn't find space to go toilet.
there was no water in toilet in the morning.
the train was delayed by 0.35 hrs from beginning.

I was travelling sarighat train no 12356 in coach no s.11 bording New bongaigoan. in coach no s. 11 there is no water in bathroom after 5 hours journey when train arrived in New jailpuguri then supply water in New jailpuguri station journey date.20.10.2018

There was order of two masala dosa. But in between the two, one dosa was OK. And another was ridiculously small. And also I didn't got my Rs. 40 cash back which was offered to me
