M1 coaches are new and it is nice to see a change but People got hurt while lifting the middle because of the hinge and also lots of sharp edges inside which is a safety hazard

Quality of train fullmarks. Punctuality and cleanliness excellent. But so many passengers without tickets in a reserved compartments! TTE came but... very funny. They gave the example of Bihar, and supports their actions as normal and legitimate.

the coach we got is 25 years old and it doesn't even have chargers more than 1 ...water was leaking through the floors of the coach ..the rainwater was coming inside and comfort of the coach was generally low ...I dont know who was the person wo decided to give a 25 yrs old coach to a train like saraighat express

Toilets was not clean because toilets place are very small and main reasons are for uncleaned are designed.Chambers are not small or not cleaned at proper time due to this potty floater out in potty pan.

Good journey.
*কলকাতাৰ পৰা শৰাইঘাট ৰেলেৰে ঘৰলৈ গৈ আছোঁ।মালদহ ষ্টেশন পাৰ হোৱাৰ পাছত মই হাত-মুখ ধুই আছিলোঁ।সেই সময়ত আকাশী ৰঙৰ শাৰ্ট পিন্ধা ৩৫/৪০ বছৰ মান বয়সৰ পুৰুষ এজনে গৈ থকা ৰেলৰ দৰ্জাৰে মানুহ এজনক মাতি মাতি জাপ মাৰে। মানুহজন পৰি যোৱাৰ শব্দ পাই মই দুৱাৰৰ ওচৰত যাওঁ যদিওঁ একো দেখা নাপাওঁ । অলপ পাছতে ৰেলৰ নিৰাপত্তাৰক্ষী আহি মোক সোধাত মই ঘটনাটো বিবৰি কওঁ ও মোৰ ৰেলৰ টিকটৰ ফটো কপি সহ সবিশেষ দি দিওঁ । আৰক্ষীয়ে সোধাত নিৰাপত্তাৰক্ষীৰ ভয় বা তেনেকুৱা কাৰণত চলন্ত ৰেলৰ পৰা জাপ মাৰি নামি যোৱা বুলি কওঁ ।*

Water not refilled during journey. Many bathrooms including S12, S13 were empty (without water). RPF & TTE were not stopping buggers and unauthorised vendors. Lots of venders, despite full fledged pantry.

Bed roll and cleaning up the compartment/washroom is not satisfactory. I HV seen the cleaning staff just after departure of the train from Howrah after that no cleaning staff cleaned the train.

The train got delayed by more than 3hrs due to which i missed my connecting train. I had to suffer a loss of time and money by Taking bus to the location. I missed the event which I was supposed to attend.

Worst experience in sleeper class. Toilet was smelling badly. General ticket people boarding sleeper class. No ticket checking from NJP. No rpf people for checking from njp. Totally unsafe journey.

No charging points in 2nd AC side berths. Water deposits in the glass window and leaking onto bed drenching clothes... extremely uncomfortable journey. Food from pantry did not provide many items like sweets or salads etc on veg thali... poor quality food.

the train started from originating station (HWH) 11hr 50 mins late at 3 am on 17-1-18 and reached its destination (GHY) nearly 16 hrs late at 2am of 18-1-18. It was my worst experience in life

EWC seat covers are missing in almost every toilet.Mobile/Laptop charging g points are loose and sub standard,summer appliances need augmentation.unauthorised vendors are in plenty and disturbs the sleeping passengers even at midnight.
