Darjeeling mail should be back on its scheduled timing. It should start from 8 pm in NJP and not 7:30. It should run from NJP to Sealdah. Stop prioritising requests from Kolkata citizens only. If you are so inclined to change timings kindly change timing of Sealdah NJP darjeeling mail train.

Worst experience took money for 4 pax and gave us only 2 seats
If we are not gonna get all seats then why take money and give us hope that we will get all seats

No complaints about the train, the train is perfectly fine! But confirm apps ticket what they are doing is not right at all. If waiting ticket is made, please confirm or cancel it, do not do RSC

Need to clean the toilet..... Sleeper class isn't that much good... IRCTC food isn't available.... Otherwise speed and time management is good

felt really sad as the train changed its route and it's was informed at the very last moment....it should atleast be informed 1day ahead so the passenger at least opt for tatkal ticket

3rd class and 3rd grade train almost destroyed coach are modified with Clour charger point lights are not working windows are not open Previously this train running with good condition new couches but after upgrade with utkarsh rake all 3rd class scrape couches stare used that train also punctuality is horibble every day this train running late 1hr 30 min but as per on line time table it's showing train running in time this is a fraud to passengers.I request to please forwarded my comment to Rail ministry for upgrade services 7044711676 this is my number

baranagar to SEALDAHA train APROX 1hour late. Before journey and train APROX maintain time. Late excellent cover before baranagar. Good train and inside the train clean including toilet. Thanks to all

The pilot has drived well.but the train delayed 1hour because there was signal problem at baranagar to sealdah.For this signal problem the train arrived late this should be improved by which all travellers can make a happy journey. Thankyou

authority should provide extra coach when ticket booking is high. a large number of sleeper class passenger travelled in general.
extra charges of sleeper ticket came to railways pocket. And we are mordanising our railway. so funny.

Bio-toilet was soo dirty, not able to use, 71 was my bearth, if any body opens the bathroom door bad smel comes out. pls take care about the bathroom.

The railways passengers are extremely inconvenienced when passengers booked on one ticket are allotted berths scattered at different locations and even sometimes on another compartment. Somehow the rly authority must devise a formula to place all passengers booked on a single ticket together.
