lots needed to be changed.. food quality and quantity is pathetic and lack with health aspect.. washroom condition and coach cleaning status was also disappointing, worst part behaviour of staff who were serving food were very arrogant and unprofessional - They were pretending like they were doing favor by providing any things..!!

पानी की उपलब्धता बहुत कम है, आरक्षित कोच में रेलवे स्टाफ अनारक्षित यात्रियों को यात्रा करवाने से आरक्षित टिकट पर सफर करने वालों को बहुत परेशानी होती है। ट्रेन में खुल्लेआम बीड़ी सिगरेट,जर्दा गुटखा अनाधिकृत लोगों द्वारा बेचा जाता है।

punctuality status is to be considered as zero. regarding train quality.. Kindly see train related photos. People are pissing outside the toilet.. all that dirty water comes along with their foot and makes the train floor dirty. no flush facility available in the train... Such a terrible experience 😭😔

In the name of 2AC compartments were just 3A .
Very congested same on Railways services.
Even they charged the price of linen but in the name of covid they looting the common people.

I am traveling in sleeper S8 and the condition of washroom is totally a mess as pungent smell of urine is making it unbearable to use the washroom.
The food vendors are also taking any amount of their will as I bought Bread Inlet where 2 slice of bread 1 omlett and 1 sauce was given to me at a price of ?40 which hardly will cost me ?25-30.
Serious actions needs to be taken and rate card should be there with the vendors so that they just cannot charge any amount of their will.

There is no fucking pantry in this fucking train. It's late by over 4.5 hours. For a long distance train there should be a pantry.

Please make sure if any person falling sick or seeking medical facility should be available there in each boghi at least first aid box thanx

This train was late more than 6 hours. The very next day I had to join my job in Delhi.. Due to this much delay I could not be able to present at my company, and I could have lost my job. Who would be responsible if it happened....??
It's a very bad experience which I had with Indian Railway.
