I had an unpleasant experience during my visit. The seat was sticky with some substance, making it uncomfortable to sit. Additionally, there was no staff available to attend to the issue. This lack of cleanliness and service needs to be addressed.

The quality of coaches are not good.. traveled in an M1 coach.. Cleanliness of coach was not maintained and Most of the charging sockets were not working and many of them were broken... Maintenance needs to be done for AC coaches ..

It is a horrible experience! The train is 12hrs late. Toilets are absolutely unclean. No one is there to look after. I am highly exclaimed that this Indian Railway is thinking about Bullet Train. If possible, please convey this experience to Railway Minister.

If the train is going to be this late better let the passanger know from before. DDU station has the most uncooperative staff available specially the once ment to help the passanger. I wish to give 0 stars in punctuality but alas...this poor system!

The Train Is very Good. But The Only Problem I Faced In My Journey Dated 02/06/2022 Coach HA1/5/SL Seat Is In The Gate Side Everyone Is Going And Coming Like Hell And Nobody Closes The Door When The Person Goes Out Or In In The Coach. Everybody Goes Like That Gate Will Close Automatically Nobody Is Seend That The Gate Have Problem Of Automatic Close.

Reserved seats were occupied by unwanted passengers, very difficult to reach to the reserved seat as the passages were fully occupied by the unwanted passengers with their luggage, no TT appeared to help the reserved passengers . TT appeared first to check the tickets at 02.00 A.M. (It is not the appropriate time for ticket checking as per Rly. rules) didn't looked interested for the reserved ticket passengers. 4 to 5 passengers occupied each and every seats which caused worst position for the reserved passengers, upto KODERMA it was very difficult to use Toilet.. 2nd day morning from Dhanbad onwards, TTs were visible in numbers looked very much interested to check the tickets in almost empty coaches.

No charging point in second class. My ticket has not been confirmed. I have done through mobile.TT has made my ticket with fine. will my money return which not confirmed. and debited from my account. when will it return.

I had a side lower seat, while sleeping it wasn't comfortable as seats weren't aligned properly, also the window curtain rode wasn't fitted properly. 5hrs Late Train. After a long time I traveled long distance, Indian Railways remained quite same except the cleanliness. But more care has to be given to bathrooms.

train quality is not good so much rush don't have space to go to washroom also no water in washrooms n wash basin poor hygiene n no punchuality 6 hrs late on destination, poor food quality more price.

I have no reply for that question because if I gave one star.. I will be injustice.. very bad experience of this train. No water. No cleaning.. maximum waiting tickets person present and T.t. not demand ID TOO..VERY VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

there is not a proper facility of mobile charging. only 2 charging point in a coach for 70 peoples, that is also defected.lots of mobile shoes and luggage were stolen and there is no proper authority to see in this regard and no proper action taken anytime. And toilet smells a lot , that feel like we are not travelling in an indian railway but in TOILET. that is too much unhygenic also. And sleeper coach is also full of people carrying no tickets , daily passsenger , local MST that makes the coach very crowded , suffocating and unsafe. charging facilty should be given in all seat. toilet should be cleaned properly at regular interval. Guard should be there in each coach , so that he can check the ticket of passenger entering in the coach so that over crowded can be avoided and luggage will be safe. extra effort on cleaniness should be made. and pantry food were very unhygenic , so care of that also.
