Travelled in 1st,AC, Bogey- HA-1 on 23rd from Dhanbad to CST Mumbai, but toilets were being used by Pantry staff, making the hygeine deplorable! Absolutely something has to be done about it. This is my experience from last three(3) journeys.This is happening bcz pantry and HA-1 is connected immediately to each other!

worst manegment ,dirty bathrooms in 3rd ac,waiting members sleeping on the floor in third ac no one check them why outside pepoles sleeping in ac bogi....worst tea always in railways no milk no iaichi no adrak....rs 10 no quality no taste.....pls take leagal actions against them....

when coupe of 1A WANTED WHY THE SEAT IS ALLOTTED FOR THE COUPLE IN A FOUR SEATER CABIN.WE FACED A SEVERE PROBLEM THERE AND SPRNT SLEEPLESS NIGHT DUE TO CO- PASSENGER'S ACTIVITY.SO WE HAD A DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE IN TRAVELLING IN 1A.

Today 21st December 22, in train no.12948, I am travelling from Patna to Vadodara.. in S-3, Seat 16 UB Seat. More than reserved passengers are travelling in train, in walking place.... this is very much disturbance for regular reserved passengers. Ticketchecker sees, but no any actions... 😘I request to control unreserved yatris in coach... I have enclosed details pictures...
Request to do proper needful steps for passengers...

very bad, the t t is taking money and allowing to enter non reservation passengers into the train. suffering too much. plz do something about this. no one is receiving 139 number . I think I have to go to the court against the railway for my inconvenience.

it's a nice train, but AC coach BE1 is not proper it's a bit of dirty, charger points of this coach is not sufficient, toilets are not clean, it's old make coach, but traveling with this train is nice and enjoyable

sleeper dabba bhi general ki tara hota book sit pr 6log baith te hy....bich ke station pr dadagiri bahot chalti hy.... bathroom saaf nhi hota.....train me paani ka bottal 15 rupees ki 20 rupees me bechte hy ....TC ek no. corrupt hai....

2 and a half late from schedule is like a pain.Bathrooms can be much Betta.Consideing the trains have much more stations to halt but the bathroom quality and punctuality can still be improved if compared to rajdhani trains.

very bad experiance. worst attendant staff. cheater fellow. he saled small space in front of toilet area for waiting ticket passanger. in 3000 rs. i purchased small space in 1500 rs. he dont allow passenger to sit infront of toilet. plz free from him this railway. u can call me i have video also. 7208301656

very poor train. no punctuality and there is no difference between general campatment and Reservation bogies people's are spread every where there is no ticket checking officer to check the tickets so over all very bad experience

Quality of tea and coffee maybe improved , cost of tea or coffee is still not fixed, some pantry staff is taking 8 rs or some is 7 rs. That must be sorted out. Food was actually good. Cleanliness was maintained better but there was no liquid soap inside the toilets and the taps were not working properly. An excellent improvement in the timings. Thanks Indian Railways.
