catring service nod good. Service boy not experiance holder. After repeated reminders then bed tea provided. During service of snacks in evening time , snacks serve in two part, firstly sweet and tea then after 15 minutes sandwich provided. it is very bad service.

As soon as I boarded the train, at the entrance gate only, one boy inside the train did shake my left arm asking for my passenger identity. I wonder, the boy being not a railway staff, under whose authority he behaved in this manner with me on the night of 26th February, 2025 at 3AC coach B1 of the train. The matter be brought to the notice of Railway authority for redress of my grievance on the incident in that it had caused much humiliation to me as also caused severe injury to my self- esteem and dignity.

it was like a bangladesh train,old unfinished coache,no lights at headside to read,more indian toilets than western,heath faucet not working,no water,very bad and very less food....i dont wanna say more,12 hrs late.(.shame

food delivered late. morning tea and newspaper not at all provided. breakfast intentionally provided once durgapur crossed and bardhman approaching. intentions very clear that once people get down then they will provide. Dinner provided had chappaty sticking to foil. rice was not boxed properly. FREQUENT TRAVELLERS said its better to book ticket WITHOUT food

The train ran so smooth, it was awesome. I found the washrooms neat and clean everytime I had to use it. The staffs did a great job, hats off to them. But punctuality wise, the journey was quite poor, almost 6.5 hours late. Food quality was average, actually below average with respect to the ticket price. Irctc should make it better.

The train was already 4 hours late and while travelling, it added 6 hours more. Took an extra 10 hours journey by Rajdhani. A total disappointment by the Indian Railways management. Far most the worst train journey of my life.

i didn't realize that we are traveling in rajdhani..compartment door was broken and the service man was not able to fixed it..food was pathetic and not on time..we have to ask for food every time..not going to travel again..

In 1st. Class AC H1 Coach cockroaches were freely moving. I even saw a mouse in my compartment. The coach itself was outdated. The curtains were torn and dirty. I didn't expect this on India's premium train. I was very much disappointed. Please upgrade the Coach in order to compensate the public paying premium fare. The will to change is missing.

Sealdah Rajdhani used to be amongst the best Rajdhani's passing through Kanpur and was a notch above Howrah Rajdhani. But after this journey it must be commented that it is now several grades below Howrah Rajdhani in all aspects.
Special mention is required for lousy catering services and poor quality of food. It's certainly not worthy India's most premium trains. Railways should consider maintaining their old silver along with launching new trains.

I had paid for a ticket from New Delhi to Sealdah boarding at Kanpur., The fare being same as a person boarding from New Delhi. Still no dinner was available when I boarded at Kanpur. I had to pay extra to get them to bring me dinner.

Food was of low quality and timing was very odd.and the coach attender was very improper.i asked for water for long time but he has not attended at all and at the last he started to ask for tip.it was really a very uneven journey by rajdhani

Train was late so breakfast was not served for passengers boarding at Dhanbad. Lunch consisted of Rice & Dal with pickles. No vegetable . Neither any refund against breakfast which was paid for durig booking of the ticket.
