Train departure timing from NDLS should be changed at 7:30 pm in place of 5:10 pm. Arrival at Patna is very early in the morning. Outside Passengers to pay extra in the hotel for early check-in etc.

the e catering made me wait an hour and half to confirm whether I have food on my ticket or not then after re confirmation from TT he came back asked for money of food then I have remind that i already has food and the TT incident

the second ac side upper birth size is getting smaller and smaller. as I am just 5 feet 10 inches I could not sleep here properly. it's horrible at all. not expected with Rajdhani Tejas like this at all.

train is overpriced. ac was not cooling. And the worst is food. don't travel with tejas, save money..if it is important only then u can travel with it but don't take food

The cleanliness could still be significantly increased. Suggest we use global benchmarks. If they can do it, why can't we (that should be the mindset).
Customers who are not trained to use the toilets cleanly should be trained better (i know it's not easy)

My berth B2 62, it was very dirty. I have to clean by myself. All snacks item of previous passenger was scattered. We pay high rate but service we receive is of low quality.

the food was lying on floor first and then served.the quality was up to mark.the server was wearing mask.but what is the us of wearing mask if you are storing food on the alleyway on the floor where all are walking,going washroom,.....unexpected service in rajdhani 1st class.

First of all the train was delayed by more than 12 hours.. After that the catering staff was not good. they enable to proved us meal properly..They skipped lot of food items and gave us foolish reply that items are not available.. When we asked for the complaint book to produced, they simply ignored us.. afterward they didn't come to us...We have give full amount to the irctc..when why they not catered full items to the passengers?

this time i was very disappointed with the service and cleaniness of rajdhani express.the bedsheet was soo dirty and the staff service was not good at all.they even not served ice cream .

Booked 2 passenger ticket in a single booking, how it happened meal for one passenger and no meal for 2nd. passenger. Even it is not mentioned anywhere on ticket about anything about meal . The quality of food is worse than Street food.

Food quality was very bad, soup was stinking, there was no salad considering travelling in Rajdhani, though quantity of dinner was more than enough for 1 person but the quality was questionable and need great improvement. They are using lowest quality of tea bags.

it was worsted journey to Patna. this train was unanimously late without any shown cause. if like this train so late, imagine about other train. I think there is no any correct system for Indian Rail.
