After boarding at Dhanbad in B5 coach and found that the compartment was very dirty as well as urinal place. After one hour of journey one cleaning staff come to clean the coach when I asked him when you have cleaned he said before Gaya station.
This train has lost his identity of excellence and proud Ness due to current ignorance by the railway department. It very shameful for this nation as well as for those citizens who loves this train.
As senior person it is my request please look other train like Vanday Bharat.
I couldn't not take any photo due to my health problems.

The attitude of staff specially supervisor is issue. They r taking pet dogs in 1st class, while 2 ladies r given coupe with other male railway staff. why will someone pay high to go like this,fare is same as flight facility worse than AC II tier,unless u know railway staff u won't get coup,even if u book tickets first day of reservation. The seat allotment for reserved people should be given along with ticket to avoid corruption,if we don't get coupe we can cancel now I will never ever travel by overnight train it was unsecured.

suggestion if seats of 1AC are also allotted at the time of Booking like all other classes. If proper berths are not allotted then the passenger can book for an alternate day or try an alternate arrangement.

ट्रेन बहुत लेट हो गयी सारा प्रोग्राम पोपट हो गया हमारी कल की वापसी है हम सिर्फ माता के दर्शन करने आये थे कालीघाट इसलिए हमने राजधानी को ही 3 महीने पहले चुना कोई फायदा नही अब आगे से सिर्फ हवाई जो यात्रा ही बेस्ट है ट्रेन बिल्कुल फैल hawda के लिए पहली बार का experince था अब आगे से काम आयेगा veri pooor इंडियन रेलवे सर्दी मे कुछ सोचना होगा की टोटल 12 tickets है p

In A3 coach me and my wife were traveling. I think more attention to be given regarding cleanliness of toilets during running condition for better hygiene, food quality needs to be improved.

30 min late .. never expect rajdhani was running late this is second time i seen .
please if this is always been late so please extend that aslo which is mention on that place where we booked ticket and showed 6 and half hour time

1. Curtains not clean
2.No plug point for mobile charging.
No place to keep water bottles on side lower berths.
4. Pantry persons asking for tips inspite of announcement n dress wearing NO TIPS.

Bathrooms / toilets are dirty. Passengers from over crowded Sleepers were using the toilet.
Food quality is not upto mark even taking the Rs 130/- spl Veg Dish which caterer used to push instead of normal Veg Thali @ Rs 50/-

food quantity specially the quantity of rice is much meager. and the chapattis were half beaked. not eatable. at least two water bottles should be given. in break fast, the butter supplied were not amul. it was from an unknown company and test is very bad. tea bags are also of worst quality. snacks given in the evening can be improved. i remember my early days of travelling in Rajdhani express. It was a fantastic experience. the quality,quantity and variety of food and snacks were unique. i think you people are incapable to improve the present condition of HWH NDLS Rajdhani.

A premier train with premium cost, was running like passenger train after Asansol and was even stopping at stations where general express train does not stop. Shameful situation.
Food was absolutely mediocre and disappointing as regards both quality and items.

As compared to the amount collected from the passenger the food quality is very poor except morning breakfast. It was really very bad quality of food served for Dinner. At this costing we can buy deluxe thali from Haldiram/Bikanerwala.

Train toilet are very dirty , I complain its staff , TTE but not done, only says wait som times..I want know why railway charge very high fair but he did not provide better service ...???
