the service has gone down I must say. they the package tea is no use should have the proper made tea. the sanack item with tea I the evening is really poor. sandwich is pretty bad. and the samosa can atleast be the normal one and not the packed one.. the food item really needs improvement. and the support stuff makes the ac so cold, one can not sleep spelly in uper birth. even after telling 4-5 time they were not increasing the temperature. I personally love Rajdhani. but last 2 time the food has really gone down while the charges have been increased 😔

due to this train I miss my flight. I lost 16000 rupees due to flight miss.train reach at New delhi at 4:30 PM Schedule time 10:00 AM it's 6:30 hours delay due to huge delay I missed my flight my flight departure time 5:20 PM. we never book this train in future. TDR also filed.

ट्रेन का बेडशीट,pillow, कंबल सभी पुराना था, सबसे ज्यादा पुराना कंबल था, अगर बच्चा हैं और AAP extra pillow लेना हैं तो बोला की pillow extra नहीं हैं।

The welcome gesture was very nice. Dining tables are uneven. Overall neatness maintained in a good way. Continental food was not there.

Everything is fine but in the app it was showing that i have lower berth but i when i got in the train it turned out to be Middle berth, which was a big disappointed.

I is very painful that I cancelled my ticket on 23.03.2018 only because the seat allotted to senior citizens are upper berth. Indian railway must consider in this serious .matter

inspite of denying to give a tip to the pantry boy, he kept begging. This is pathetic, he took tip from all the travellers as if its mandate. The way he begged for a tip, made me feel shy that am I not capable of giving him a tip of 50 bugs!
please take care of this.

Best Rajdhani among all Rajdhani I think in tasty fooding, inside cooling maintenance, and also in cleaning. I have also travelled on Bhubaneswar Rajdhani recently. But it is the best one with very fast service. I was very much satisfy.

Perfect train to board in case of emergency. With flexi charges, it's little on the expensive side , moreover the food quality needs some improvement, other than these constraints, this train won't disappoint you.

Tray set up for snacks are not supervised due to this the food products which was to be served in single tray was having discrepacy i.e Samosa was not served whereas other passengers were having Samosa. On asking, the person who served casually answered that it happenes when we serve to lot of passengers and quality of Dinner was absolutely poor. It was neither spicy nor any taste. It was just like water was mixed up.

Train came late at Alld station and there was no announcement for the same. After boarding water bottle was not provided despite reminding. Food quality is below average.
