Traveling in train after long gap. Riding comfort, cleanliness, staff services, etc. are undoubtedly improved. Nevertheless there is always scope for more further improvements such as ensuring watertight passenger safety, security of luggage, improving washroom design for all time cleanliness and hygiene, etc. Food quality not known as not tasted yet.

sleeper class windows needs to be upgraded. As shutter & glass windows open when train is running, not closed properly.
Needs 1 stop at Kalyan Junction in up n down as hunderds of passengers getdown everytime when Duranto stops nearby Kalyan outskirts. Its very dangerous.

Linens are not provided in such a Prime Train.. Fare is also too much higher but linens are not provided.. we both Sr citizen would have to be travelled without linens.. Reservations cancelled immediately.. please provide linens immediately.. Regards !

Train left Nagpur at 8.30 pm. I realised that there will be no food or water because it was supposed to be less than 12 hour journey. We got food after a while from private guy who ha pd limited choices that we don’t normally eat! So that did not make us feel good. Payment is not the isse, availability is. All trains must have food, like noodles or Upma as in indigo and free supply of water in at least AC 1 st class

Train was on time but delayed by 30 mints on reaching to destination.......cleaning is average as toilet (rest room) we’re stinking in early morning rush time.......Also no Tea / Coffee was available in morning time while enters into Mumbai after Kalyan.....

there was no food in train even you will not get a single 1ltr bottle inside train its worst train if you travell with this trai be prepare for each and every thing there is no pantry in this train nagpur duronta ...i had not slept yet it 12.33 and we are crossing nandur we are just awake because we are waiting for water know when bhusaval will come at that we will get water if platforms canteen will available.....its a bad experience with this train......

The crowd in our compartment was very bad. All were drunken and were even drinking in journey. TC also neglected the passengers. Late night these people played songs on mobile and disturbing other passangers. No more comments.

it's not Duranto as we know , it's a passenger train....very pethatic. no cooling inside. unnecessary stopped at Dadar stn for last half n hour , hence get late for onward journey. Never prefer this train again . toilets are too stinky ..

Very bad condition of washrooms from start station.
The door between the sleeper class and 3rd ac was continuously open because of which people kept moving whole night.
There was no stabilization in the coaches compared to other express.
No curtons in the ac compartment.

train attended was not good
he given the bedroll after 70 min then he brings one by ine chadar then pillow he has not given blancket to so many travellers i have call him and asked him where is blancket then after 2 hours he given me blancket no towel was there

TRAIN ARRIVED LATE AT MUMBAI CSTM. THIS IS HAPPENING ALMOST EVERY DAY. NEED PUNCTUALITY SO AS TO REACH CSTM INTIME CONSIDERING SERVICE CLASS TRAVELLERS CONVINIENCE. TOILETS IN SL CLASS BODGIES ARE NOT CLEAN. NEED LOT OF CLEANLINESS. GLASS SHUTTERS OF WINDOWS OF SL CLASS ARE NOT SHUTTING PROPERLY. NEEDS ATTENTION.
