needs better sanitation & cleanliness of toilets, No difference between regular Mail trains & Duranto. Must give stoppage at Kalyan Jn. As travellers who are staying Bhandup, Mulund, Thane, Kalyan, Ulhasnagar, Badlapur, Titwala, Karjat, Kasara etc have to reach compulsory at CSMT. This is too hardship for Senior citizens also

Pl attach additional.coach as RAC n manual wait listed sleeper passenger cause inconvenience to reserved passengers. space near toilets is occupied hence main issue for old patients.

nice experience with duranto,it's one of best train,but IRCTC needs to provide bedsheets blanket & Pillow for passengers at free of class,what's the problem with Nagpur Mumbai & Mumbai Nagpur duranto I don't understand also am suggest IRCTC to provide catering services to this train.

linens are not provided though it's a highly paid train service.. very bad experience on 15/12/2022..though it was winter. food quality not tested. please start linen service immediately.

fare is ver high against facility not providing bedroll as per past years bedding they are selling is very low quality and nobody's going to reuse it it's useless and even not effective

In this train, snacks like samosas, kachoris, dhoklas, packed items like chips, choklates, biscuits and other pack items railway should sale, that is my expectation. Because stopage are less so packed items required. please provide those items, thanks.

The side berths width is soo reduced that its extremely uncomfortable to sleep for a normal person of height 5.11 Please increase th width of the side berths by 4 to 5 inches

The App is really designed well. quite useful. i just found a problem in live status. the arrival and departure timing shown on screen is as per the pre-scheduled time table and not actual timing. of you can improve this it will be great.

over all train facility was good but need to improve it staff not done his work bed roll distribution and spray tap was not present in toilet odour in toilet not clean properly

the seat in second Ac is so compact that even a normal person cannot accoModate. moreover it was broken from between. toilets are pathetic from start nd nobody attended it. worst value for money

I get Side lower in second AC which is equivalent to third AC, also no power socket at my side. my suggestion is to provide additional blanket to side lower seats for cushioning at joint it causes problem overnight

every thik is ok iam happy but my suggestions is please provide pantry car facilities because of stop are very limited so huge problem face for all passengers.
