1. Train Quality is very bad. cleaning 🧹 is very poor and wash rooms uncertainty. House Keeping will be implement. 2. Punctuality is very slow. Train 🚃 1hr delayed. 3. Food Quality is very very poor. 4. In view of the above, it is requested to implement on the above points.

मैं इस ट्रेन में सफर ही नहीं किया तो रेटिंग कैसे दूं टीडीआर करने की कई बार कोशिश की नहीं हुआ आखिर में टिकट कैंसिल पर गलती से क्लिक हो गया तो तो ₹1 भी रिफंड नहीं मिला मैं जब स्क्रीन में सफल नहीं कर रहा था तो मेरा टीडीआर होना चाहिए था पता नहीं आपके सिस्टम में क्या था जो कि मेरा टीडीआर एक्सेप्ट ही नहीं किया

duronto exp mein pehle achchi facility thi, magar ab woh baat nahi hai isme. time se nahi ja rhi hai,aur bedroll bhi nahi mil rha. toilet clean nahi hai

I don't care about food, what matters to me is only Punctuality and Quality... and the Train SC Duronto Exp (12286) is 10 on 10 in Quality and Punctuality.

actually I didn't order when I booked my ticket no one took my food order no care too much The crowd in the sleeper coach is its like a general coch

train is too late dakshin exp is better than this train, it said delhi to secunderabad in 22hrs but it's been 25 hrs but still we are not in Hyderabad

the authority who assigns the berths, should check the passenger details before assigning. we were assigned the wrong berths according to passengers. side lower and aide upper berths are never suitable for the couple with kids.

Only 3 water bottle provided for my 2.5 passenger tickets and no food provided for half ticket whereas I selected meal for my kid during ticket booking. Food quality was poor. Complain given to the concerned but no action. Very poor service.

Very bad india me travelling krna bhot mushkil hai very poor hme a.c rajdhani jaise gadiyome khane k paise ticket me kate jate hai 395 r.s aur diya jata hai 3rd class khana very poor kya systems hai hmare rail minister aye din nyi scheme late hai aur ground levels p kya halat hai kbhi koi train me 3rd a.c me safar krk dekhiye mantriji muze shame ati hai jb mai compare krta hu chin aur halanki rail servise se phale hm tax nhi dete the abhi to sb casual ja rha hai metro bna rhe hai acha hai pr jo hai use phle acha kijiye
