i missed my train and didn't get the refund and the railway and confirmtkt is responsible for this because there is not mentioned the Am and Pm on the booking section now I'll never book a ticket from confirmtkt and never travel with irctc

While booking chair car seating was shown. and in reality it had just 30 seats like it is in general.

Booking from Confirmtkt is excellent but the train punctuality is very bad.. I recommend never go with duronto. My whole day went bad. Very irresponsible and inpunctual. 😡😤

Worst train many ppl don't buy tickets and enters in to sleeper coach and pays 500 to TC. TC satisfies with that but who took reservations faces lots of problems with these kind of people.

cleaning facilities were poor toilets overflow and cockroaches walking near around passenger seets train was got late by one hour due to rajdhani overtake salute to Indian railways

this train time perfect who is planning to Delhi from hyderabad. but if your hygienic enthusias, this train is not for you. it is for unclean toilet, getting garbage every where, find people with unauthorized ticket.

train me saf safai ki subidha thik nahi hai.. bath bahut bad condition tha. pl usme safai karmi hamesha uplabdh honi chahiye..

Myself & My Family Members are Travelled in H1 Compartment on 01 September 2022 by SC-H.NZM During Express. When Started the The Train From Secunderabad to H. Nizamuddin.. No Water in All Toilets in H1 Compartment.. Latrines and Kupe's Smelling Bad.. Dirty Flooring.. Poor Services. I'm Very Sorry.. I'm Advising to All Rail Passengers to Kindly Note.. Don't Travel in H1 Compartment..

The coach B2 was very uncomfotable. I can't say about other coaches. It was probably loose shunted. It was giving horrible jerks every moment thereby making seating and sleeping very very irritating. Although cleaning staff was always busy cleaning, the coach would become dirty immediately people throwing litter every now and then. I had given my food choice as non-veg at the time of booking, but I was served veg food. It was on time at Nagpur. But at destination it was quite late.

Toilets in sleeper are not well clean. Pantry food is of very bad quality. There are less stops and we get only pantry food. The tea is also of worst combination. Please get food from home or buy some fruits before you board in.

Toilets need more maintenance. Most of the time, no water in wash basin coach cleaning mostly done by beggars. Maintenance staff not seen.

Not to the standard of Duranto. Morning tea not served. Bed roll not changed. Water also provided after asking and as usual train was late. But one thing was good that no one came for Bakshis(heavy tip) at the end of journey.
