Very bad not good if you not pay tips they are playing with AC. They are washing spoons in common wash basin. Service trays dumping below the seats. and than bunching them with each other's. all ground dust sticked on every tray surface area and than they are serving foods in same trays.

Coaches are all old type no maintenance, food quality is very bad and variety also very poor. Toilet also not being cleaned regularly. No monitoring and lastly none us bothered about timing .The train is late by almost 12 hours. Money should be refunded with all rectification

very bad experience i have with Duronto no punctuality time infact we have a train in 5.45 at howrah station but I need to wait for a 6hrs at station only with my 60yrs old mom and she is not well and the food is also not good taste is so bad chapati es r to hard to eat

this was my first ride with train 12262 i really want to share the feedback that the food quality is very very very much bad the food is not eatable and even the pentry person he so much deaf i asked for water after asking for atleast 10 times still he ignor the request its my humble request please do the needful and train is 6 and half hour late the experience is very hard to discuss

Train is late by more than 12hrs not seeing any efforts by railway authority to make up the late of this long rout train. Food quality served is very very poor. Food quality is deteriorating day by day according to my past experience s journey by Duronto Express.

The particular coach we were allotted, was from another low quality train. The service was horrendous. The toilets were worse than free govt public urinals, always stinking, broken & shattered everywhere. The worst traveling experience ever. We feel cheated & duped against that high ticket price of approx Rs. 3800 per head for that poor a service.

Train always runs with delays, doesn't deserve to be in Duronto/premium category. The Food served at night was cooked in morning and boarded at Bilaspur around 3 pm. Overall not a very good experience especially in terms of Train speed and punctuality.

Very bad experience, i suggest no one to travel in this train. Pantry people are worst, they charged ₹400 for food + ₹100 ( at end ) + ₹15 each water bottle . I am attaching the photos on the cleanliness, which i have seen for a whole night till 11 AM morning

Waiters coming asking for tips, different Waiters different tips,just disgusting,very bad,. salary must increase of them,so they will not asking for tips,Fare is high ,very difficulty to gives tips,not one person,many are coming asking tips.its shud stop immidiate.

Train quality: no complaint Punctuality: with such high fares being named Duronto, one expect it to be as punctual as possible, however my train was more than 1hr late Food: adequate quantity, quality OK but I've had better in other Superfast with pantry

Cleanliness of the compartment was good. But the toilets did not appear to be cleaned periodically. Food loaded at Bilaspur was inferior relative to the food at other stations. I travelled by 12261 on 15th Nov to Tatanagar. My experience as above holds good for both legs of my journey. There is lot of scope for improvement even taking into account several challenges railways face.

Timing was good and on time. Coach cleanliness was also good. Foul smelling toilets. Some of the flush in B2 coach were out of order. Taste wise food was good but the quantity of rice was very less. Mobile charging point was not working at B2 seat 39.
