worst train I have ever seen my train was at 5:15 pm from csmt but the train was first reschedule at 12:30 than 3:30 am in the next mrg it's very difficult for me to travel a single lady at that time . ticket fare is also high not getting confirm ticket the ticket at RAC. railway never think about punctuality it's very urgent to reach my home town. IRCTC is charging Very High Price for the Ticket,But Quantity Is very poor in terms of Food quality, cleaning,And Hygiene is very Poor.
I am Traveling on Howrah Duronto,It Got Delayed at Source and it is running late for More than 3 hrs.
while IRCTC is charging so much For the Ticket and Cancellation Fees,why can't it maintain the quality and Punctuality.
it's Like very Normal getting late In India.
While we are comparing with Other Developing countries,But The Reality is we are far far behind to compare the same Other developed countries.
A train like Duronto should not be delayed at any Time .
Otherwise compensate the Customer.
I paid almost Rs-2000/-for The Cancellation of One ticket in Duronto (Mumbai-Howrah).
Please Look into this matter very seriously.

Approx 4 hours 45min late.. very dissatisfied with the punctuality of the train. This is the most expensive train in this route and we paid that much of amount just to save our time but they are failed to give the servise

Train quality is Very very Bad AC 1st all 4 wash Room's are dirty
In side cabin stinking
Morning coffee given in small paper cup(like Cutting चाय) Instead of Glass Dish
Pls upgrade or at least pls 🙏🏻 Pls 🙏🏻 Make it cleaned Mumbai Howrah duronto Howrah Mumbai Duronto Is

This time the quality of food was better than usual and the staff was prompt and good. However the cleanliness of those bedsheets and blankets is a concern. It stinks. washrooms are a mess too! Toilet hygeine and passenger and staff together a responsibility.

Tap in the toilet and outside basin were out of order from csmt. Despite repeated complain to the service staff. they were not attended to.the flush system in the toilet was in bad shape and water was leaking out of it while trying to flush it. It was indeed a horrible situation! No body bothers about the hapless passengers. Every body tried to pass the buck on others. But we had to undergone the nightmare during the long journey. It is also be mentioned here that compartment was not properly checked at the carshed before placing the same to be fit for journey in all respect. Train journey in duronto is deteriorating day by day. Senior citizen like us may be spared from such horrible experience in future by arranging proper mechanism in fixing the responsibility for such mismanagement.

Such a bad experience never faced. Particularly food quality is very poor. No menu displayed. Whatever is being use to provide, the caterer not even given the same. Teas being served without try and not in time.

The toilet floors were utter dirty, drains were clogged with dirt, so the water was not flushing, flush not working, scanty water supply from the taps. Food quantity was absolutely less. Pillow covers were dirty. AC not running properly, we were sweating even though we were in the AC compartment.

I got delayed my next train was @ 9:30 To bholpur now i m late ...i don't knw knw what to do..the last train is for bholpur holly is 11 and still i m in the way ..
this train sucks ..

I am traveling Duranto after a gap of one year. Naturally, I was surprised to see the degradation of meals; no welcome drink, no soup and no juices. The chicken dish is unceremoniously banished in next day lunch. Jnaneshwari is now superior to Duranto as you can chose your meals at less price. The bogies and toilets are much cleaner, however, it has an issue of water shortage.

food quality specially lunch and dinner was not atol appreciable. . Railway must give special atention.. when asked the service staff they said what we can do this is coming from outside caterer.. you complain officially may be your requestwill be taken care.
