very dirty train. it was 30 minutes latest from scheduled arrival at BBSR. the meal is worst for the price of 235/meal in lunch and dinner. and 155 for breakfast and snacks. in lunch they give 100gm of rice and 2 roti, dal, sabji and gulab jamun. I see it's very much overpriced. it's better you book food along with the ticket and you will get it a little cheaper, I forgot to book along with ticket.

train coaches are not adequate, not worth of money, very much congested with a child who don't have ticket. RAC seats passengers makeing this more congested.
Food is just enough to survive only, don't have good test, food affected with cockroachs, trays are also looks like garbage. Bed sheet are dirty pillow cover are used before me.
Traveling without money is a crime but why this is not a criminal offence after taking money unable to serve the proper service.

All Good.At Howrah railway station, Bangladeshi passport passengers have to be harassed every day, there are a lot of hoodlums, passports are seized, money is demanded, bags are left behind, threats are made. It has to stop, stop. They are defaming India, they are playing with the honor of India. Howrah is a historical station. It has many respects.

getting confirmed ticked is a major problem. rac should be abolished. extra couch should be added. more trans should be launched.. additional railway lines should be added. existing railway network should be made more efficient by adding more trains and more lines depending upon passenger load. high speed trains will be costly and require more costly maintenance and signalling which we are not ready for.

My ticket - I have purchased two tickets , one for me and anther for my wife from yasmanthpur to Bbsr on1st Mat 2022 total cost 7000l (apex) but it was both RAC we have not get food and cloth eventhow we paid a lot thank you. Pradeep Patro & Sanjukta Patro

Food quality is worst ever, yesterday I had a chicken curry that one not proper cooked, only half boil chicken swimming in the curry, I'm getting lose motion today, your catering supervisor know about that.
bathroom is not clean properly it's too much smeal. we can't expt this kind of service from Duronto express.

vary bad quality food .ruti are so hard .still now I not understand rail company think passenger are dog so you are delivered this type of food .rail company are not given free food .I have paid money for food . please stop delivered this type of food .rice are so hard and this food are not fress.if I am not paid then you delivered any kind of food ?but I am paid then why am I getting this type food .very bad , bathroom are properly not cleaning and sufishint water has not come .flush bottom are not working?

Even in 1AC, seats and curtains were dirty which we had to swipe for ourselves. Bed rolls were average in terms of cleanliness. The lidded dustbin was non functional but irreplaceable. Food quality was below average in terms of quality or in comparison to Rajdhani or Shatabdi Expresses. However the behaviour of the staff were courteous.

can not provide good quality of food at18,12,17 launch time sabji is very worst quality and toilet is not good and not clean.they are also provide pour quality of food.it is horrible for the passenger.they are taken a bad quality of food and can not complain to the railway. because pour education

the condition of coaches is really pathetic. the flashes installed in the bathroom are not working anymore.most of the locks are damaged.the break system is pour.when the train start itself it's automatically pushes all the coaches.sometime the passengers are facing lot of difficulties because of the push ....etc

actually dnt want to rate bcuz its very poor not at all worthy food.chilled rice,dal worst,only sweet is ok bcuz its from outside packed and made out.I dnt want to suggest anybody to eat in railways canteen or in train.felt very bad low cheap quality of food even after 15 years I m sure u can't serve good food in railways.that was the reason we prefer home food always.dirty toilets will this so called railway ministers do they travel in this trains.no they won't have a look at this ugly trains.after this another drama begans service boys beg money for getting us meal.what the fuck u people do ,how nasty we decided not to travel anymore in trains I hate Indian railways
