My experience on AC coach was Great. But I observed some drawbacks one being seats that are not comfortable on long journeys. I got tired sitting for too long. I would suggest the railway authorities to improve the cushioning of the seat in AC coach. Another draw back I found that the seats design are outdated and need to be modified. They were also untidy. So kindly Improve the seats comfort, color theme and maintain tidiness. Also I would suggest to carpet the floor for improving the ambience of the coach.

train reached Jalandhar one hour late instead of departure from Chandigarh at its scheduled time.
