बहोत ही बेकार है आपका सिस्टम मेंने आपको 3Ac का टिकट बुक किया 1300 की टिकट का आप लोग 1500 चार्ज लिए मेंने दिया लेकिन मेरी टिकट confirm नहीं किए और waiting कर दिए फिर इसमें मेरी क्या गलती जो आपने मुझे 200 ₹ काट के मेरे बाकी पैसे वापस किए आपकी गलती की सजा हम गरीब लोग क्यूँ भरे 😡 बहोत बेकार है आपका सिस्टम 🙏🏻

pathetic condition of the train.
No water in toilet. After complaining of No water to TTE and staff at Jalandhar cantt, they fill little water but not enough. AC coaches are like general coaches.

Train Late by 4 hrs. Worst Quality of Sleeper class, Those whose seat is not confirmed are also traveling in the train. Bad experience 👎🏻

I was booked Ac 2 Tier for my family.
Of Begumpura Express Train was on time marely 10 Mins late at Shahjehanpur which was my boarding point.
My AC 2 Tier Wagon was full humid Air conditioner of wagon might be set on 27 degrees there lots of bad Smell all over the wagon, Fortunately bedding is clean an washed so I covered my face n try to sleep. .but when train touches it's too speed which is Approx 105Kms an hour wagon was shaking like hell.
Over all experience is not comfortable at all. .I never prefer this type of train to anyone.

always late between Lko to BSB.and at Shivpur or out of BSB junction it stopped sometimes for hours it is so painful

The train is very gud nd neat n clean but there is no pantry car in this train this is the drawback nd major issue in this train railway should use pantry in this train and thus train should go to katra dham

waiting list passengers are using corridor for sleeping during night.Bonafide passenger were facing great difficulty for toilet during night. just like Sleeper class.No TTE/Conductor was present..
