problem with ac. full night ac was kept too slow morning since 6 onwards ac with stop. when complained staff restarted at 7.45. amount spent is for ac and was felling like local train

Train was very clean, food was also but served spoiled dal which no body ate and you get also breakfast.

Today train was early in reaching Mumbai...was good...
For every one now time is MONEY .. hance we buy tickets for this super Express train..
I stay in Vile Parle ... I just request you if all the was I had to return from Mumbai central..inspite being train being early can stop for 1min , on one of the station at Borivali OR Andheri ..

Since final destination of this train is Mumbai, western railway has to seriously consider halting this train at Borivali. There are several passengers who wish to go towards Virar, Thane, Dombivali and Kalyan. For all such passengers journey get extended by another one to two hour. Overall there is no savings in travel time even if we travel by this Duranto train. Request you to please strongly consider to halt this train at Borivali (at least while coming to Mumbai). Though train was running before time we reached Thane home after one hour and 45 minutes....
