Coach was near and clean. wachroom was clean. Food was not satisfactory as it was not hot and no taste.

quantity of food not Sufficient. I was in charge of night food. I paid Re100. 00
this morning I was needing tea and i told the staff that if any tea man comes please send it to me i want to buy tea. the staff replied to me and said already given you 2 time. I am surprised that i want to buy tea with my money. what is his problem

few items were not served in breakfast. later, after argument snacks were given. As per catering staff the bhel packet was over. later he provided the same.

food quality is very pathetic there is no any attendant for bedroll for Cleaniless and inside our coach I found some small cockroaches...
I am giving 5 star rating to that guy who served the food (surinder jaiswal) he is very nice n very polite guy.

air freshener is recommended; many people didn't have complimentary breakfast so actual expenses needs to be audited properly. overall good ...Modi ji u r doing fantastic job keep it up

They don't give meal to people who book tickets till RATLAM even though it's mentioned in the ticket... Railway is cheating their passengers

Can reach before 1 hour to indore very slowly running between ratlam to indore food quality poor, quality of blanket also can improve from many years same whereas many thing r changed in world
