railway always delayed
in train not clean
railway food is not proper coocked the rail neer water bottle price is 15 rupee but the railway pantry staff charges 20 and the water is not chilled and the rice is half coocked and the vegetables smells

bahut bakwas train hai.. reservation ka koi matlb nhi.. genral wale jabardasti ghus aate hain..aur T.T. bhi koi action nhi leta

the train route is very long and almost late from time .yesterday train arrive saraimeer 7;30 pm (8 or 9 hours late) very bad

sleeper coaches are very dirty, railway can't clean properly, RAC ticket confirm but 2 passengers on 1 seat, it's very bad for both passengers, plz change these rule

The train is below the standard. Try to improve the standard of kaifiyat express as it is named after kaifi Azmi, a well known poet.

it's good to see that the train has departed timely. in future this type of train should be more on this route because many people were sitting on the floor of the train because they were in waiting and spent his journey with full of struggle.

Mostly delayed, up and down both train, no body interested in rawat department to listen about this train to improve its punctuality.
