very bad railway ka koi system nahi hai. train 15 se 20hr late hone per train cancellel kar ke refund kar dena chahiye. pubic koi bhed bakri nahi hai

Railways does not provide service like Japan which helps people reach their destination on time. This money needs to be refunded. There is no value of people's time to the government. They are giving yahparwah and nikkani log services. This country should be number one todayBackward are the useless people, shameless people who do not know how to work.

train is very late unhygienic those who have no tickets they came and sit in train and in my compartment and on my seat The train is like hell.... only want to kill them all

I expected to have a comfortable and hassle-free journey, but I was very disappointed with the service. The coach was overcrowded with people, many of whom did not have a valid ticket. There was no ticket checking by the TT, and no action was taken against the unauthorized passengers. This created a lot of inconvenience and discomfort for me and other genuine ticket holders. The coach was also dirty and poorly maintained, and the toilets were in a horrible condition. I felt cheated and unsafe during the entire journey. I think IRCTC should improve their service and ensure that the confirm ticket holders get the value for their money. They should also enforce strict rules and regulations to prevent overcrowding and unauthorized entry in the coaches. I would not recommend this service to anyone and I hope IRCTC takes this feedback seriously.

i booked first AC for comfort and cleanliness but when I board the train and entered in first a.c. 2-3 people are laying down on my bed and using white sheets and pillow..and they are not from that coach...it's very unhygienic and there was no one to change those sheets .one more thing I'm a girl and I was travelling in the night when train reached on platform there was doors are closed and time is running no one was there to open the door ..i was continuously knocking at the glass but no one was opening and after panic one attended came and suddenly ran after opening..it's very sad that people are not doing there job properly..

koi facility nahi 3rd AC just like a janeral class No police i. het k. train kitni ghatia bat hai pure paise dene ke bad bhi puri seat nahi milti hai. third AC me bhi log jameen par soye pade hai. man bahut dukhi hota hai. har jagah chor babari hai.

Not at all punctual.. train was 5 hours 30 mins late. No proper management, people from sleeper class roaming in the AC compartment and no body (attendant) was there to stop them. Railways need to put regular check to audit if all their employees are doing their work properly

The train is late, cleanliness zero, attendants are arrogant and sleeping . Toilets in the AC don't have locks even doors have cracks. No arrangement for soap or water. bedding's provided were dirty and tore

very bad experience .train was 7 hrs late.no cleaning .not proper cooling.After asking 4 times the coach atendant of A1 increase cooling.the coach getting hot at about 1:30.so i went to atendant nd ask for cooling but not atend.after 4 time of request he call to another atendant who was sleeping at the next of 35 no side birth.he said to me"aap hi ek ese pessenger ho jise garmi lag rahi hai" to heare this the next seat passenger also complaint for not cooling the coach.atendant also argue with him then increase some cooling. .

No actual updation of arrival and departure of train. Time showing on internet wrongly manipulated.Have to face problems. No water in toilet & all toilets choked water coming out.

Late: More than 3 hours from original schedule. Food: Not even a water bottle served inspite of traveling in class 1AC. Coach Position: coach wasn't at its original marked location. Overall not much pleasurely travel experience.
