The toilet condition is very poor Train quality is very poor. The punctuality of the train is very bad and the food is not so good.All things are very poor, the standard of this train is going to deteriorate

Area of improvement.
1. The train is very dirty and needs to be cleaned extensively.
2. Reduce the number of vendors.
3. Introduce limited luggage allowance.

Quality okay - Apparently an issue was raised and the ac guy said that we weren't able to increase the temp because it's getting frozen,
the washrooms were okay but ventilation is needed. it smells like shit inside.
The food quality on the train was pathetic. Dal tasted like some medicine and same with upma. I had chicken for dinner which was cold.

Howrah - Duronto train is an exclusive category train. But while it runs with a late of about 4 hours then it is obviously supposed to be penalized by returning the excess fare as per normal express train as such late running of trains should be dealt with as extreme failure of proper services to the customer. Train coaches are also provided as very poor quality like. Sanjay Lal Gupta, PNR - 8754881568. I gave no star to this train services.

Food quality and quantity are too much bad. Barth room and toilet are too dirty. There are no house keeper boy. Hand towels are so dirty that we can't use it. Behavior of Coach attender so bad.They don't serve food time to time.They also demand Rupees from passenger as boxis.

Food quality need to be improved. also we are paying dynamic fares so train need to be reach on time. due to delay i have missed my connected train.

food was of worse quality,
daal was not served as it got spoiled, sabji served too was spoiled, roti was very hard.
catering should be an optional charges charged by railway and not compulsory. Quality of railway never improves

when train enter in bihar jharkhand it's always late I have to catch train from lol kolkata and it seems I will miss the train like have my pregnant wife with me and due to this train like will miss my train
