to much worst condition of coach.. all pantry members were open the door between Sleeper coach and general coach thats why general ticket passengers came in to sleeper coach and they creats so many problems like misbehaving with reserved seats, smoking inside train, sleeping over seats without removing footwears,dirtiest in sanitary. Very Worst ...I thaought only Kokan railway line there is no cleaning company. and one happend that cleaning company worked only before elections, after voting they ran away..!! very worst...!!

Train is on time but very unhygienic toilets and bad quality food. Vegetable pulao without basmati rice, rice was stale and oil used in it smelt rancid, raw frozen peas and beans seemed just mixed with boiled rice along with some raw spices.

Started late due to climatic conditions, but made up the delay gradually in running.
Cleanliness was satisfactory in the beginning. Need passenger cooperation and frequent collection of food waste

Some Cleaning issue
No any issue with pancuality
Pantry food is poor better to order online
Rail neer water or any other brands not available when i journey...lot of local brands available

Am satisfied with everything except the pantry Car food. Yesterday even I bought a paneer pakoda and some sort of bad chemical smell was there in it, either they are using dirty water for cooking or its something else.

The train is punctual so far. But the condition of the couches are terrible. Toilets not working. power system not functioning properly. Worst the pantry is not working properly.

I didnt get confirm ticket and there is so many vacat seat in the train but TC also didnt allot me a seat i just travel without any seat just seating near the door and i pay full payment of my journey .

I am Notice about this train again and again from last 5 months....It's come always late......In the same Time of today date 05/08/2019 it run 11 hour 45 minutes late from its actual time.....Due to this I missed my all next trains and Lost a more time

1. Stinky washrooms.
2. Improper faculty
3. Bathroom flush wasn't working, broken taps.
4. Food quality was pathetic. Please consider this as personal request. in ticket it was said that meals costs rs-50. but actual cost was 120rs, that too can't b eaten. overall a v bad experience, this did not expected this from business class...

The bedroll provided to earlier passenger was lying on the seat for further 2 hours, I searched for attendent and then he came after 2 hours. He should have immediately removed it and provided fresh one.
There were sellers not authorised by irctc selling everything from tea to imitation jewellery when confronted they just laughed.
The train was running before time, almost one hour before and then put on hold at Vishwamitri, not on platform but near. If it could be on platform some people could get down too. It was just there for around 45 minutes.

incase of tea and coffee are very bad..no taste, because more water put in milk, so tea and coffee look like drink water.. plz dont put more water in milk. but in case of breakfast,lunch,dinner is not bad..
