I am very disappointed from the seats width and very bad condition of washrooms of this train.Indian Railways Must focus on these situations.Whole train is full of waitlisted passengers .That's all

cleanliness is needed. washrooms needs to be maintained. the space between the berths is very less. and more passengers than the number of seats available try to fix in without tickets confirmed.

toilet and wash vesan cleaning quality very poor , there is no cleaning staff , attendant or supervisor , very low class experience ??

worst train i have ever travelled...
after departing muzaffarpur approaching
towards motihari its already late by 3:45 hrs.
and the stretch between muzaffarpur and motihari is 75 to 80 kms.
and its takes 5 hrs to cover the distance of 75 kms.
need to improve train speed and punctuality.

train is so filthy and dirty that one could not foot put bare steps down on train surface.This is shear negligence of railways who gives tender to unskilled contractor whose main motto is money and not cleaniness and we most important we people are more responsible for not maintaining proper cleaniness and decorum inside train coaches.

Overall if you have low budget and you need urgent travel then go for it... But bath room are so dirty... But at this budget its good train..puntuality is good

Punctuality is past thing for railways. A train reaches to its first stoppage more than one hour late after covering 80 Kms only , is very embarrassing

Without any conformation for late comming from muzaffarpur jn, train late of 1 hours 30 min and started at 4:30 pm. There are not any facility of dustbin.
