Worst experience, we took 2 birth both of them got RAC only. .1 birth given by railways and.earned money against two birth....clear cheating playing with technical set up of railways, will take up with Railway Minister

बहुत गंदी सर्विस जब से बैठे हैं तब से बात रूम तक नहीं जा सके, पूरे रास्ते रिजर्व से ज्यादा बिना रिजर्वेशन वाली पब्लिक थी और अभी भी हैं जैसे ये लोकल गाड़ी हो इसी तरह की सर्विस भारतीय रेल दे रही हैं तो बहुत विकाश हो चुका है

यात्रा बहुत ही दुःखद रही ट्रैन का इटारसी आने का समय 9.20pm का था जो सुबह 6बजे आयी जो 8घंटे से अधिक समय से लेट आयी घंटो पिताजी ओर माताजी तो ऐसी सर्द रात प्लेटफॉर्म पर गुज़ारनी पड़ी

we have book 4 tickets of my family in First AC and three berth allotted in Cabin A and one berth allotted in another cabin and one single berth allotted one male person why this type seat has been allotted , pls lodge my complaint and give me solution to why we suffer this type of problem

no pantry car in train , and the pantry attender take food order in train but food quality is vv.poor , because he take food from pipariya station

The train is mismanaged. We didnt find blanket and badsheet pillowat boarding stn Hbj. complained to TTI bt of no result.

some passengers not to understand the train is our proud.They always use the bedding as picnic material and like a dustbin.this is my experince for today's journey pls check it out always.b/c the family have disturbed such a experience.
