very bad experience too late 10.35am bording time but train is bording 4.10 pm . same kha se bullet train chalayenge jo hai usko to pehle thik kar lo.

very bad experience, train quality is very bad, no proper wash room clean, no proper coach clean, pantry car food quality is not so good,
only train punctuality is best.
over all my experience is very bad

very poor public management and facilities too much rush in sleeper class waste of money for the sleeper passanger, Need atleast 15 compartment for sleeper class and 5 for general seeting

There is no contact of electrical help line number which was shown in a cabin i tried several times it's switched of on 5th Jan 2023 morning by 11.30 pm we have recorded with phone, same day lunch was too bad like roti half cooked and potato gravy half cooked, rice was like brocken rice double cooked, very bad service from pantry

Train attendants as always we not that attentive enough to come whenever the passenger boards and provide the necessities. Cleanliness was okish. Punctuality in terms was boarding was accurate however everytime after reaching Kalyan any express slows down and becomes late in Mumbai itself. Outside hawkers were allowed frequently. The only good food was Idli from Nasik.

I am really sorry to say that according to first class AC facility there was nothing its totally horrible. no pantry also very strong bad smell coming inside the cabin. let's improve all facility.

toilets need complete renevation, complete boggies should go through inspection with standards, to ensure quality standards. food was good can be little more better

the train has no charging point and no cleanenes and senior citizen are not getting confirm ticket we have to pay down on the floor and it was very bad experience tickets are not getting confirm when waitinglist no is 11,12,13,14 in another train I have to travel first time in sleeper
