train very good but train too much late time table not good same time late because train 🚆 shedule Thane 5:00 pm But arrival 9:30 pm this train every time late so sad ðŸ˜

best trip of my life because I book normal seat and this confirm tkt app give me 3rd AC seat really amazing I mean my app update give me this surprise 😅

The train coaches are of very old model and the clingings of the coaches were dirty and cockroaches were visible at any time.
train timings good.

I did not partake in the on-board meals as I typically refrain from eating while traveling. I only consumed a few oranges and a banana. Overall, the journey was pleasant, although there was a concern regarding the air conditioning. The AC did not provide the level of cooling expected in coach B4. It seemed that there may have been an issue with the AC system.

very bad service, i am so irritating for this deu my ticket is from prayagraj to gorakhpur juction but at last stop bhatni juction and Indian railways is not send my money back which have not to touch station Gkp juction its cheat with me from Indian railway very service and rule also, i never visit again from train travelling..

I pay 1800 rs for premium tatkal
I'm not satisfied with indian railway
if I book then I enjoy and I travel safely at my destination but the coach is full of waiting listed people
I don't sleep properly due to the crowd and two mobiles of other passengers theft by unknown people
plz alllow only counter tickets passengers at coach and tte suggest the seat to them
passage if full, place beetween seats are full
how I enjoy my travel
if indian railway takes 1800 rs from me for sleeper class then transfer to 3 ac
many more things to msg and suggetions but indian railway knows better

No Clean Toilet.Full Waiting in train even confirmed passegers cant seat on their own seat.Everybody Fights for sitting even confirmed passanger too.goverment should stop giving too much waiting tickets.

change the shef. cauce reciepe not aware veg biryani.

quality of train is very poor , sleeper was looking like general no body from railway was listening all waiting and with out ticket were traveling

punctuality is best but the pantry service and cleaness was not good.and pantry man took more charges for tea, snacks and food as compare to railway charges
