The boogie was jerking too much. My berth was slanting and hence couldn't get sleep. Sree Sai vendor supplies lunch at Pune inside the train was the worst food ever made for Humans. Please allow only IRCTC to supply food along with qualified vendors. AC filters need to be checked. Train coupling needs to be checked

the way vendors enter n shout innthe train is very bad experience u people should stop them those who want will get it by window or standing at door it's not safe even when people enter they stand in middle by selling their items it's very uncomfortable kindly stop such things

The worst experience in this train. 12164 is not different from general and sleep every boarding from central railway station to triutanti normal sitting capacity is 76 but on that it was boarded around 150 members without ticket no TC nor police came to unreserved people from sleep from coach S1 to coach S8. no control who boarding with reservation or without reservation checking the Ticket collector bis totally failed to put fine on those who has boarded in all the sleeper coaches. It is a shame that railway behaviour is irresponsible and accountability.

Worst travel ever since I was in the uncoming days i was booked 3 tickets 3a and they didn't confirmed that they give me RAC. I purchased 3rd ac tickets and they give me like general
Bahot hi bekkar experience hai ticket 3rd ac ka lekar bhi general dibbe jesa beth kar jana pada or in logo ne paise ac coach k liye waste of money is se acha me flight se jata sab bakwas hai sirf paisa chahiye na food acha na train na kuch or han bat ac ki hai to mere ghar pe 4 ac lagi hui hai

such a 3rd class train . I never experienced such a high quality 3rd class. Train is super late running 5.30 hours late . its not super fast , it's super slow bullock cart . lots jerks were given by train It's not running smoothly . The train is stopping at lots of stations which are not in schedule unnecessary waiting . The toilets were awesome in the 3rd class category.,
such bad odour coming from toilets throughout the whole journey . overall very very bad experience of the train .

3dr class train Max speed 110 lhb coch tyachya peksha nele dabe wali speed aste pune la 1.50 tass let kalyan la 1 tas let ali pune varun 11:50 la yenari 12:30 la ali kalyan la 2 la yenari 3:30 la ali bhangar train thambat thambat show nahi teche fan chalu please improve kara 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

senior citizen 4 ladies got RAC, when I checked current availability seats around 375 sleeper tickets, TTE work for atleast 10 minutes he can give 10 percentage of those seats who need, he didn't provide ticket to 78 year lady, instead 1 confirmed birth given to another person, because she was sitting with her relatives in other compartment, 1820h train 2200hrs TTE reached S6 then he gone for his personal, be human TTE

Absolutely ridiculous! The train was late by six hours when reaching Thane-my destination. The passengers were informed of the inordinate delay only after a wait of almost two hours at Pune Jn which was my boarding station. The delay put everyone through lot of hardship.

All are very pakka.. but the charges for Train ticket is charged normal,irctc service charges is charged and extra Confirmtkt app also charging as a service charge. so it includes nearly 70 to 100 rupees extra from normal ticket. so this can be adjusted or revised..

it was overall a good journey, but the train was delayed by an hour, chalo it's was not your mistakes, anyway thanks to a team of confirm ticket app, who made this journey possible for me, as showing the alternative booking options and gave me a confirm birth??

In S 4 passengers with general ticket had boarded and ticket checker had ignored.They were travelling towards Mumbai,where RAC and waiting list passengers were struggling for place they were quiet seated disturbing co passengers.Poor duty by the TC.Even some vendors are also helping such people.

it was unsatisfied travel
from chennai to dadar short distance unreserved passenger coming to reservations coach and it was very difficult to manage with them railway has to do some thing this kind of issue and what is the benefit for booking ticket before 4 months
