Too much of disturbance, because of unreserved passengers also came and sitting in our seats, simply occupied our seats they are told we leave next station. this is disgusting, IRCTC look into this problem

Good train, having decent cleanliness, but pantry food is downside. Pantry staff charges ₹.150/veg meal which is officially ₹.80 as per Indian Railways, so be alert. In case you want to have pantry meal & get overcharged then lodge a complaint over Rail Madad App to get your meal at ₹.80 only. Happy Journey

The food quality is too bad I can't even taste it better take out side food
The second thing is that cleaning the toilets is so smelly and there is no water for flush also

Train cleaning was good. But all lights & AC used to auto switch off frequently making darkness in side. May be due to some loose electrical conection. Till destination Chennai this was not rectified even after reporting to TTE & Attender.
Tea & Coffee not good quality. Please check this coach B1 thoroughly for passenger safety & comfort. Coffee & Tea only taken. Not good quality. Thanks

unhygienic pillows n bedsheets unexpected things cabin in charge staff rude after complaining also he don't bother to change see the image really waste of money were u can't provide hygiene service than stop ur service

everything is awesome. train is clean and hygienic. glad to see they provided clean bedsheet. even staff is very enthusiastic. thank for making journey smooth.

I had booked a seat in train no 12163 from gulbarga to raichur..in S5 coach seat no 1 in tatkal and when I checked into train lat of general passenger sitting and not allowing to me to sleep as it was early morning.....plz go through this and have a change......

train is not good,veryyyy bad train,not happy train is not clean,food is bad and reservation box is looks like general box very bad have to improve more in train

side upper n Lower seats are not good, not comfortable for 5.5 feet person n above.... food is ok but tea n coffee is very very worst... just like drinking hot water...needs to improve that

All bogies are not uniformly attached. some are old coach. Plz introduce Rajadhani, Shabadi duronto type trains for Chennai and Bangalore for fromMumbai this year itself
