The toilet should be disinfected. Before leaving the station, the water level must be checked in the overhead tank of the toilets.

while doing reservation on 30/03/2019, u have shown availability of seats but after payment it got on wl 3, because of Ur inconvenience passenger got trouble, didn't get seat, u should update updates, as early as possible, this was worst experience with confirm tkt.

seats were not good too much crowd cannot go for toilet also people were sitting on my leg near my leg and the seat was not designed good but in 100rs what can you get so let the indian railways work on it
