I like the 2AC Experience over anything, its value for money if you're travelling longer distance, Overall this particular train is great in terms of service, punctuality and of course I like the seatings here

passengers with general ticket get on the sleeper coaches of the train and it happens in early morning time onwards itarsi. they all ask for just offer them seat so they can travel till next two station bhopal. but they come and sit next to you. and give very lame excuses that they just need to travel for a short distance. and this process keep. going untill train reach vidisha. and TT doest see anywhere so we can complaint about this. no one ask them to get down nd board in general coach as they have not any equivalent ticket to justify their traveling in sleeper coach or AC COACH.

not provide food bill and also extra charge water bottle 20 rupees while water bottle price is 15 rs only . I am many asked for food bill and water bill but not provide me till time.

train was late by more than 2 hours at destination. also the pantry food quality was poor. suggestion to have soap dispenser full in toilet and outside washbasin. Indian WC to have health faucet also

Their was heavy rush in the train. Even in the booking coaches I was unable to reach to my confirmed seat. I have booked my ticket 15 days earlier but during half of my journey I sat on the floor of the train. OMG I thanks to God that I was only person and my family was not with me in this journey unless I had to face the big problem.

The cleaning staff was travelling in the train all the time yet they were not cleaning the train, till I was in the train , they were laughing and chatting when they were supposed to be cleaning. They simply walked the entire length without doing anything, if people asked then why they were not clening they started arguing, one of the staff was telling other he will not do anything like this for 2 more months collect salary and leave the job with free money. Since TT never came so I was not able to make any complaint.

Proper water supply in toilet and train is running with a short delay 30-40 minute. but train has a lot of stoppages due to this train suffer from dalay. another bad experience with RAC confirmation they confirm seat in other other coaches of same pnr passengers.

The general passengers were also allowed in sleeper class which make the journey a crowdy and uncomfortable, especially, pass holder. Railway should give attention to this factor. Strict checking and find should be imposed. Else what is the purpose of reservation and paying higher charges.
