The train was running late for nearly 17 hours. The third ac compartment block only had 2 charging points in each, also whenever I had tried charging my phone, it was hanging. This same problem was also suffered by many other passengers. All in all, this train needs some serious developments.

very dirty coaches
do not book ticket in sleeper class
sleeper class is no more sleeper class it is second general class
if you want to travel then book only in 3ac and above classes or look for any other train

Food in the train did not try. 2A Coach A1 toilets are old fashioned Indian type causing difficulties to Senior citizens in defalcation. It is Champa JN where this train has just arrived a few minutes earlier that is to say that it is running 1hr 40 minutes late. What and how many hours will it take to reach its final only God knows!

sleeper class मे तिकीट बुक करके भी कूच लोग जनरल का तिकीट निकाल के sleeper class मे बैठ जाते है sleeper class बुगी को पुरा जनरल बुगी करके रक दिया है कूच लोगे ने उसकी वजे से जिसका तिकीट बुक रहता उनको बहुत तकलीप होती है 🙏🏻🙏🏻

The train is unexpectedly late.. 19 hours late train!!! I haven't seen this ridiculous punctuality in my whole life..Kindly refund all my money with fine as I have to now look for other arrangements for 12 people with me who are also travelling with me which includes 2 ladies above 80 yrs of age.They have suffered alot due to this.. Pathetic service..

train is 2 hours late also train quality is very bad windows are not closing & also other person who was not ticket holder sleep in the seats gap.it's very to hard to move anywhere on our seats ladies have problems this kind of person to go to washroom or anywhere

train was over crowded, on my seat 5 people, in my cabin 16 people and coach s1 more then 150 people... toilet, wash basin all dirty, unable to use.. TT was not sending them to general coach...

The Coach S-5 was in very bad condition. All people with general tickets occupied upper berth and space near toilet and door was also occupied by them. No one bothered to move them and all the coach was stinking with bad smell.
Also the mobile charging points were also not working in S-5 Coach.

this was too much
I booked this train because it reaches Pune morning before pune ngp express or garibrath but today it was 3 hrs 20 min late
when we reached the platform ngp pune was already at next platform
at loni it was stopped for 1 hr like a passenger train and let other trains pass
then how this train is super fast

I travelled in S9 coach. bathrooms were clean but there were cockroaches & rats in train. also for such a long journey train, there were no charging points in my coach or near our seats. train was late by an hour.

a 3rd class 2nd ac coach was provided with no charging slot at the side lower seat
no water from bilaspur station to raipur station
food quality below par . rates were double when compared with the rates of the menu card as provided By the ministry of railways
