This CC bogie of this train didn't have toilets...We had to use the general compartment toilet which were very very dirty. Its a horrible train ...I would not suggest anybody for this train....

many more general passengers without reservation are russing in reservation boggies except ac chair car plz next time solve this problem tt didn't do anything to them without reservation peoples

I was in C1, seat no 74. i would like to comment on toilets. They were stinking. It was very uncomfortable to use the toilets.

Although I had 3 waitng tickets, the tickets checker told me that they will not accept your tickets. You will be refunded before 24hrs. Also, you want to travel for free. If you can't book tickets, why do it? We were shamed by using so many derogatory words And reluctantly us penalty Had to pay Innocent passengers are being victimized to show their own work. And while they too are starting a new day, they have to avoid the train journey by harassing these robber officials.If really I have been robbed then railway should refund my money. Also due to the fear of my return tickets waiting asun, I had to get new tickets from the tickets counter for Pragati express

Seating arrangement is worst, seats are not ideal for long journey, it should be more broad, at present it is congested, not comfortable

seating are not comfortable compair to local train seats , local train seats better and comfortable than Pragati express..

train got cancelled due to which we cancelled our half of plans.Make sure you are inform passengers about cancellation in advance.

nice arrangements in CC. Dustbin issue in coach because all persons through there garbages under seat. there must be dustbin bag or any facilities required for garbages.

The train fine and was punctual as well but the catering staff was pathetic. Manners less had no sense how to talk with ladies.

Train needs to be on time. It has been a normalcy that this train is always delayed. Quality of train is not that good compared to intercity express.

station mention nai kiya tha waha pe bhi khadi rahi.. thi.. without tickets koyi bhi beth jata hai.. ladies mein gents bhi asye the... pls is pe dhiyan dena
