The windows are property designed. There is no hand rest on the window panel. It hurts if you put your hand on the window rest for a long time.

worst quality food ...irtc food seller charging 150 for food thali and 20 for water did not even gave 20 rs back he said I vil give back when I get change frooti was diluted even water was not rail neer

old train full of cockroaches . the ac 3 tier was a sleeper coach converted to ac 3 tier.. washrooms dirty, ac inadequate, linens old . very very bad experience. train has no pantry

seats needs to be maintained as they are broken. Fans not working properly. Toilets need cleaning

Train has stop near LTT 40 minutes after 40 minutes train has start but train was already late 30 minutes and waiting 40 minutes nears LTT station why 40 minutes train was not getting signal.

last two days I am lots of tried but booking not found sufficient amount creadeated of same system till date amount not refunded on my account and also when I tried company number every time he says will you call back 10 to 20 min till date i am waiting no response from Senior wort service ,i hartly suggested worst app don't loss of your valuable time and money
