1.Seat allotment not proper as per the chart prepared.
2. Seat hand rests was broken.
3.Train was slow and stopped at many places in middle of the forest areas. felt like passanger local train.
4.No water was available in washroom.
5. Whenever book the train online for couple's, seat alloting was annoying. Couple have to seat in different seats.
very pathetic service by Indian railway.Need improvement.

one hour delay in departure from Hubballi and not only this train all most all trains are running in delay.This is the functionality the Indian railways

please Don't book this train❌ better avoid train journey this train is not on time it's will always delayed by 3 hrs utter disappointment with this train we can go by walk and will reach fast than this train

Train too late, took other train as we had connecting train. Our money went to waste as we had no option to file TDR. Loss of hard earned money, time.

Train reached by 22:30, as the scheduled arrival was expected at 21:00. Train windows and seating are uncomfortable compared to train whose fair less than shatabdi.... update to new bogies. in terms of punctuality it isn't promising. We had to pay double the fair of the journey to reach our home. Hope this doesn't remain as a feedback point but can overcome such issues.. Jai Hind

no time sense. I'm requesting you please ensure the timing yesterday from Birur to Bangalore it was mentioned that train would reach Bangalore at 8.15 but it reached at 9.08.

but you guys know what.
train arrived at 8.21pm BIG HEAVIER ROUND OF APPLAUSE ON THE PUNCTUALITY.

Its a OK train. People still sleep in car chair along with heavy snoring. Nothing can be done for this disturbance,
We should be proud of ourselves that we the people of India are very tolerant.

train delayed for 3 hours due track repair, if there is a track repair don't run the train on that route, it will affect passenger's precious time and please upgrade the train cleanliness, seatings and upgrade the trains and upgrade officials

The train was bang on punctuality, but the cleanliness could have been better, the seating was the most dreaded one, it wasn't comfortable for tall or for a bit fat, the seating should improve a lot

Food was average. There was no toilet attached to the CC boagie on one side (C1) .we had to go to general (UR) boagie.Arrangment for collecting waste Paper coffee cups to be made inside the boagie as there was no waste Paper bin in the Boogie / or it could not be opened
