I faced a very bad experience..
when a ticket is not confirmed please don't book it..why the Ticket collector threw me out because the seat was not confirmed... The ticket collector said I need one more ticket if the seat is not confirmed...TC said get down in front of all ... Bad experience in my home life... That Tamil TC fucker talk over with me...

worst toilets and c1 coach attached with pantry ppl making the toilets more dirty by smoking in the toilets and cigarette box kept there and smell coming out from toilets intolerant

kindly replace D3 compartment which is very old not comfortable to sit very old model compartment

Totally bad condition in sleeper classes, no House keeping workers seen. toilet is very poor condition.

kindly improve the maintenance the compartments seems very old the seat also should maintain well perhaps the wash room is very clean

Water was not served by the pantry staff... They were selling soft drinks but not water... I have asked me so many times but still no water.... Pathetic people....

Bogies of Second Sitting are up to the status of Jan shatabdi .Not comfortable to long distance travel.

Train quality was poor. Give suggestions for those who are traveling with kids about the weather condition and accordingly booking of ac or non ac seater

punctuality is not there
this is the third time travelling in that train.every time it is very late both in depature and destination.i m not satisfied to travel in this train

Seats can be designed better. For 7-8 hrs travel it's highly inconvenient to sit in such seats.
