please make it clean , we are paying taxes to the GOI ,it's pathetic that after allotting lakhs of crores in every budget for the Indian railways quality of travel has not improved

general hygiene was maintained but lot to improve.no phone charging points are there and quality of tea and coffee was too bad.

Just about satisfactory food. If private vendors on IRCTC App can do a better job, it must be because the onboard food is not supervised. IR could place a catering Supervisor onboard like AC Attendant, or get the onboard catering Manager to seek feedback like the house keeping crew does.

very bad, first i received xonfirmation of ticket via sms, when i showed the samw to TTR He says its not confirmed.
lost my money and i have to pay more on ticket as Fine

horrible seats and train conditions...Demoralizing Indian Railway...Food was tatselesss and tomato soup was just water with salt....kindly change the compartments very claustrophobic

Don't waste you'r money... my experience is very bad..... seat not comfortable... reached my station in,....back pain & food quality average...🙏🏻🙏🏻very bad quality train ... better in another train general boggi 👍🏻🙏🏻

got fine of rs360 for traveling with a waiting list ticket and haven't got the refund of the ticket price at least from you people

The train was delayed for 4 hours. I tried to cancel my ticket but it was saying final chart has been prepared...
I didn't travel in this train bcoz of this much delay. Railway should refund the money inthis situation..

The tea provided is having much sugar.This is affecting passengers who do not want much sugar. As no pantry service is available, the snacks provided are not hot. All other facilities are OK

Overall dirty compartment. The A.C. cooling is either 0 or too cold. The tray table are broken, most of the plugs do not work and glasses are never cleaned. I have seen leaning roof, pantry staff serving food with hand, and seats are infested with cockroaches. This is a premium train and dirty overall. I have seen very bad toilets, front storage with food wastes and table with liquids and stains. It is nightmare travelling in coaches that should have been retired now. Please pass it on and get some response. Regards Anand
