The TC didn't asked for Id Card so that he can confirm that the person who have booked he is only seating or not. Big safety issue this is India Railway should pay attention to this thing. This is around 2-3 time i am complaining yet yet there is no improvement and action take on this issue. We youngsters are the future and for that we are cooperating and the system don't work like that.

1)The foot rest was broken
2)food was not of better quality
3)Train was delyed by almost 1.5 hrs so no punctuality
4) Charging Points were not properly located one point for 6 people 🙄

myself and my daughter and wife traveled together but our seats no were not in series were randomly.
the hight is my seat no allowted to another eg. 14 no bogi and my daughter and wife another bogi and their seats also were randomly not same sequence.
Most important this train is now not janshatabdi express....
it's looks like passenger local train.
by forcely passanger enter in reservation coch so what meanings of reservations??
the thing is when a family is booked tickets by reservation
please allocate tickets them in same coch and in sequence series
this is not very much difficult as per per the technology consultant. and one more thing that the seat quantity is very poor like passanger train

IRCTC salesman selling more than MRP in the train . 1liter water bottle
MRP IS RS -15. in train they are selling 20rs .all cold drinks they are selling more than MRP. extra 5 rupees.

Second seating coaches should also have a ticket checker, because when i boarded the train someone without ticket was sitting on my alloted seat.

poor service for Irctc bcoz I had cancelled tickets and deduction charges pay but government announced don't travel so I was cancel ticket

If you are slim trim than only you can travel comfortably ...for fatty people difficult to adjust in one sitting chair ...kindly book two sits so that you can have comfortable travel .

There is no control too much rush even difficult to catch your reserved seat. So many unreserved passenger disturbing getting seats. My RLWL was 4 12071 on 3rd. I couldn't get seat came by bus. not good. How can I get my refund Pls. reply.

After Nasik Road its a bullock cart, it stops on side tracks giving way to other track.
sometimes where train stops there is no proper mobile Network & internet

seating arrangement of this train is pathetic. 3 by 3 seats on each side is really worst seating arrangement anyone could expect on train having 8 hrs of running time. plus there were lot of passenger on board without ticket which make difficult to move from seat.

Food trey broken to all seats no maintainence doing is seen ...
as an common problem of dirty toilets ..
train late for an hour where it is tagged in catogery shatabdi...
is there any body checking the food quality from department .. then pls do the habbit..
