If I am talking about train quality the toilet was too dirty and there was not Water In side the toilet and no mug and i am talking about punctuality the train was approximately one hour late

ticket checking inspector was not good he was talking vulgerly and rudely to me. He was just a illeterate person no manners. Raliway please do not give job to these types of pimp peoples.

C3 seat #53 breakfast tray was dirty ,conveyed to house keeping staff and TC also but there no action was taken. tray not cleaned during my journey Mathura to Kota. So please try to reduce negligency. Thanks!

Almost No charging point were working in D8. There was no washbasin and mirror at end of the coach. The soap in Indian style toilet was missing. T.T was not checking ids of everyone which they MUST. Any terrorist can be travelling on my name!
Food givers are not providing bill even when asked to. And people are travelling without tickets by just moving to different coaches at times and not facing tt at all. Why I am paying money then? Train door locks were not secure and door had no stopper between D7 and D8 left side.
Train and bogey was clean. Food was okay to good. Behaviour of staff was good. And tt was well mannered. Thank you. Have a nice day Sir/Madam. :-)

I enjoyed a comfertable journey. One thing which I feel the coach was available on very long distance. it should be in middle.

Train was not cleaned and was dirty while going to Mathura. Punctuality was OK and reached in time.
