general ticket passengers comes and occupied near entering gate steps and restroom near ,train is cleaned,time is punctual ,food is good

Non AC chair class(reserved) is full of people without reservations and complete setting of seats with TT.These people disturb people and reduce comfort of journey.

train seat numbering was not as per ticket I.e. my seat was window but as per train numbering it's middle one. train seat covers are teared. train was late by 45 mintues

Hardly Ny healthy choice to eat. Either all packed chips or fried stuff. Train looks more like a passenger train and less like a an Jan Shatabdi.

Too much delayed, food should be include in ticket like Shatabdi to avoid duplicate brand selling in coach,harmful to childs
