One of the worst experiences in this train's DL 1 coach. it is like general bogi. everyone got up inside the train & it is really not comfortable seating for ticket holders. how can TC allow them in this coach. DL 1 is like a general coach only we do not travel again with this coach. no place to put our luggage.

no water supply in 01 toilet..passanger seats are not comfortable for long journey..back paning due to seating position & not comfortable for 03 passangers occupaing 03 passangers..

sorry to say that never excepted that janmshatabdi train will get late more than 1 hour....I love to travel by train always but more than 1 hour no one will accept this ..so pls requesting you improve frequency of train ... Thank You

train was nice and clean very punctual but toilets was very bad full leakage in the water spray and floor was full drain with water filthy to see .seets need to washed or at least dry shampood but overall experience very nice

time tabale se train nahi chalti jab train ratko roha station cross karne ke bad itni slow ho jati hai please is vajah se jo label rahte hai unko jane ke liye late hota hai

the food was not on time ..also the train was pack..people are without ticket and sitting down near the passage area and toilet area..there was no tc at all to check d ticket..

Journey was bad. I was I A/c chair car. Train was full. Atleast 20 passengers waiting to grab the seat with no confirm registration. Why are these passengers allowed to board without a confirm ticket. The charger points not working

The food servicing employees are not serving properly. They just goes from here & there, they don't look only that someone is calling or required anything from there stuff.

Train was 2hrs delayed, due to an engine failure of some other train. Railways should check the maintenance of these old train engines which can become faulty and have an stand by engine to clear these rains. rather making the current train which running on schedule to tow the stopped engine

train condition is to worst. seat uncomfortable already but now seen to much uncomfortable because of watter bottles hanging stand. after windows shut down rain water heavily come inside from windows.

Train reported late & 3 times detained for siding.
Also halted at 8 times on different normal stations for no reason. Railway authority should take note of this & improve accordingly.

in my last travel ..... there were lot fruit waste kept out side the pantry area and it was smelling...... the AC Was not giving enough colling..... toilets were very bad..... i was dissapointed.... And food is never good in jan shatabdi.... specially tea the milk 70 % water..... pls raise the quality of service for AC coaches.
