Instead of 2S class DL class ticket was given. There were cockroaches everywhere. The coach was very small and limited to 31 seats only. In a running train we could not move from 1 coach to another from inside since there were no internal pathway doors. And many unserved people also started coming in that coach to slept where the luggage is usually kept.

There was 45 minutes running delay over and above 3 hours of additional monsoon provision. Difficult to sit in CC class for 12 hours continously.

observed the pantry service man was smoking at the door of C3 compartment. one 300liter drum was kept on the way of entry exit gate which doesn't look like part of IRCTC Train. no bill provided for food received from authorised seller.

my train ticket is cancelled and I did not receive my cancellation charges. tc argument with me. your ticket is cancelled Please talk to your ticket holder. bad performance never getting ticket me in your app

pls try reached on time it's delaying due to single tracking and so many crossings signals pls do the double track as soon as possible on priority basis to reach early on time in our destination

my boogie was overpacked. drunkards were traveling. tc didn't come until sanghameshwar road. most people were without ticket and started fighting with the tc. tc took the drunkards off at ratnagiri but the came back on at kankavali they were giving horrible abuses and they had the engine man flag guy as their friends.

There is water likage At the entrance of coach C3 and there was no water supply in toilets. No maintance of coach also seats were dusty all in worthless travel in double decker train

The concept, the effort is good but the cleanliness and the quality of service has to be premium too. Didn't find it value for money in that regard

this train has become host to all general public, even if you have a ticket of second seating or chair car, authorities distribute tickets for this train like candy. Our CC bogie was filled with people standing in the aisle and we were literally to get off our seat even to use the toilet afraid that it'll be grabbed. People with waitlist tickets and tickets bought from counters were already sitting in our seats and reluctant to get up or take their stuff out from there!! Would hate to travel by this train ever again.

Please provide pantry car in this train....as its such a long journey...everybody expects for breakfast and some snacks..which is not available
