A very bad experience on the train. It stopped before Agra for one hour without any specific reason as got delayed by one hour

Best train for Delhi-Gwalior route. Speed could be increased little bit between Gwalior-Dholpur track.

the quality of food is not so good as compared to the reputation of the train. same stale menu and stale food.

Train was quite punctual about departure from NZM and arrived in Agra at about 9:45 as mentioned by them.Staff is nice and sincere. No hassles faced.

Roti were not cooked properly. Dal was nice quality of veg not good. remaining were good.

extremely poor. train late by hours. booked 4 veg meals with the tickets and paid for it but was served only 2 meals as TTR claimed veg meals regd only on 2 tickets. Last time I am ever going to use this app / train

Toilets were not clean. It is expected that hygiene and standard of food is much higher.

staff was very helpful, food was excellent and more enjoyable journey when train is at its high speed ( 160 kmph). Very wonderful journey.
