Please provide unlimited drinking water. Pantry boy gives food and water only one time . after that for additional water bottle, he has charged Rs. 15 per bottle .

washroom not clean properly toilet tissue paper not available in EC coah also. Good quality is not good specially dinner chati has been totally dried vegetables also not very good in taste means 50/50

I have booked the 3rd class AC . The AC is not working we have complained frequently the staff members took it so easy. Not worth for my money

despite money being charged the IRCTC staff denied food. when both TTE and IRCTC staff confronted, they started apologising. the ticket is misleading as it said no pantry in train hence carry your food. IRCTC is cheating customers

In EC, roilets were not cleaned regularly. We can not change mentality of Indian people but when we charge for EC and have cleaner in the train, otnshall be cleaned regularly.

2. Toilets are horrible. No fresheners placed.

Cleaning needs more care in seats as well as in entire train, more no. of western type toilets to be introduced
