The Rail Minister has no focus on existing rail infrastructure including premium trains like Rajdhanis and Shatabdis. This Shatabdi rake is old and the speed too slow. Food quality and presentation is average. Clearly no one in the Rail Ministry is looking into these aspects. They are only interested in grand projects.

toilets are in pathetic state.Entire train needs overhaul.
Shatabdi is our premiur train and very sad to see the condition of the train.
Please address the issue ASAP

i wish there is more space between the seats. And in the 3 chair thing why does the middle chair doesn't have an armrest. we pay the same price and face all the inconvenience.

🚂 The train bogies was clean.
🚂 The washrooms were very congested. The water was coming out from western bathroom.
🚂 The foldable fiber plate to put plates were oily & not cleaned.

the food has always been a question....
why we still ain't improving on it....bit has been what i am having from the last 30+years....
it shows how coorupt the officials are to not question it and letting the same dealers give the same shit over n over

Nice train with good facility and punctuality. However stoppage of each station may be increased as it stoppage is only 3 minutes.

for 8.30 hrs journey they are giving only 500 ml water bottle, previously veg and non veg plates are different now there is nothing like that. no soup, seems cost cutting by Indian railways

toilets we're dirty, with almost all equipment broken, the soap dispenser and freshner not working or damaged. very poor cleaning, toilet disposable seat cover never changed. head rest cover not replaced, dining tray was dirty, seats we're dirty, cabin dirty. food was just ok, not good.

As Your analysis said 88% Chance to get confirmed Tkt , I booked. But w/l stood at 4. not confirmed. So it got cancelled. Not able travel... Felt there is no use of Prediction percentage..
