food quantity is reduced like in tea biscuits, in breakfast jam, in dinner soups are reduced. Sugar free was refused by service boy , he said it is not coming now adays

didn't feel the quality of shatabdi. running very slow like local train. train was delayed.

Coach numbers were missing from some of the coaches. Washroom door latches were broken. Toilets not clear even at starting station.

food trays behind seats are very dirty . seats with dirty covers. you should add one first'add box in every cabin with normal medicine.

we we're travelling in coach no. C6, the quality of the seats and ambiance was pathetic. food was very bad. rate of the tickets are too high. we used to get better food and ride quality few years back. even the fare then cost 30% less. now railway is charging more and providing no facilities. is this how we are going to improve????

Not at all a satisfied traveller. The toilets were stinking. I have travelled in almost all the Shatabdi trains(including Chennai - Mysore) but this particular Shatabdi train requires a lot of improvement.

I didn't board the train my tickets were on Wait list and I still haven't received my refund amount yet in my bank account. kindly do the refund as soon as possible. That will be a genuine service by confirmticket

Train was late by 15 minutes and there was no water in coach No.C-6 toilet were stinking,very bad experience.

Offer some alternatives of tea or coffee in breakfast for those who do not consume these beverages. Earlier fresh lime juice was offered bxut now you have discontinued it. If it is not feasible, you can offer fruit juice as an alternative.

News papers are to be distributed to every person but they are just given at random. Even food is given at random. Non-veg people are given veg food. If one is not aware they will have to do without non-veg. Even options for food are not spelt out. The staff expects you to be aware of everything and demand rather than they dishing out the options
