i couldn't biard. it was cold and early morning with high fog.l near republic day and the train was late by 3.5 hours.
i need a refund and compensation for the torture

Shatabdi was one of our India's Pride that railway launched in some 19's if I guess, but let it be what is now Shatabdi has become is just a dust in railways, seating inside you will hear even train sound of track changing, it's most noisy train it should be super quite from inside, please if my comments get read by any railway representative. Please pass on my message to Ashwini Vaishnav Sir, please Sir look on this as well and if possible please bring these types of train for Indore as well.

the toilet was not properly cleaned and was some how consisted area wise and if someone ticket is booked by someone else and in that case he forget to choose the option of food then he must be asked for it again when he is in the train as the charges are already paid by the customer this will show the manners of the staff. when i tasted the food from one of my friends plate it was not so good in tasted and quality

Food served in dinner on return journey had some chemical/pesticides smell, was not edible.Kalka to Delhi.

nice train with punctual timings,more space can be created in coaches,for better comfort with more vaireities in food menu specially for vegies
