Seat are very old and looking dirty, as well as for window seat move is very difficult to heavy persons.. very much space concern for fat people... think about it...

shatabdi has deteriorated in its quality. The seat was non-functional, train was late, roti was not cooked......I have been on this train since 1997 and it has really gone downhill.

Your service is very bad, you make a booking saying that the ticket will be confirmed, then the booking does not happen, your app is completely degraded

5hour Late, cleaning third class in second AC, even without valid ticket persons is in coach no control security or TC, No pentry car in train, this is purely looting train not Express pure passenger Express Train.

Footrest was broken.seat recliner was not working.was late by 20 minutes.pantry should give atleast a bottle of water in such a prestigious train

she get only water. Food option is not seen by me. but after request they should provide food. A person (Senior Citizen) who travelling from Ahmedabad to Mumbai didn't get anything to eat.

Much better than all normal plying trains under railways. Can be made equivalent to that of Tejus version. There are so much area where improvement can be focused on.

I always travel by this train mostly...just check the record...food is very nice in test & packaging...just cleanliness isn't at the mark the passenger should be alerted by the attendant/tte as i have seen lots stuff of tissues..packing rappers..and because of that insects were there also mosquitoes also.

on train all toilets are not maintained properly from Bikaner upto Solapur then maintaining the cleaning after reaching hubli all toilets are clearing properly so cleaning is must kindly do the needful please

the seat covers are beginning to look old and dirty. also the rear of the seat where food drops is not cleaned and is unhygienic.

quality and standard of shatabdi trains is getting down day by day, and the fares are increasing... travelling from shatabdi trains is not at all value for money..
